Duties: As a Foreman the following duties must be performed. These duties may vary in accordance with the service provided.
- Perform work in a safe manner. Make sure employees are trained and have the proper personal protective equipment to perform the work safely.
- Perform work of excellent quality. Let ULS work set the standard for others to follow.
- Effectively manage the crew for maximum productivity. Strive to complete work in less than the allotted time.
- Maintain good customer and public relations. Be a good representative of the company.
- Maintain accurate records for payroll and job tracking systems and submit them on schedule.
- Responsible for all activities of the crew on the job.
- Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the company vehicle.

- Perform work according to specifications.
- Communicate with your supervisor. Be proactive. Communicate potential problems along with a proposed solution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in an acceptable manner.
- Contribute to other projects and plans to achieve ULS objectives.
Eligibility: The following eligibility requirements must be met prior to becoming a foreman.
- Be at least 20 years of age.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Be physically capable of performing the required duties.
- Possess at least a high school degree or G.E.D. and 3 years related experience.
- Posses a valid drivers license with no DUI/DWI convictions in the previous 5 years
