Job Description: Foreman

Duties: As a Foreman the following duties must be performed. These duties may vary in accordance with the service provided.
  • Perform work in a safe manner. Make sure employees are trained and have the proper personal protective equipment to perform the work safely.
  • Perform work of excellent quality. Let ULS work set the standard for others to follow.
  • Effectively manage the crew for maximum productivity. Strive to complete work in less than the allotted time.
  • Maintain good customer and public relations. Be a good representative of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records for payroll and job tracking systems and submit them on schedule.
  • Responsible for all activities of the crew on the job.
  • Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the company vehicle.
  • Perform work according to specifications.
  • Communicate with your supervisor. Be proactive. Communicate potential problems along with a proposed solution.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in an acceptable manner.
  • Contribute to other projects and plans to achieve ULS objectives.
Eligibility: The following eligibility requirements must be met prior to becoming a foreman.
  • Be at least 20 years of age.
  • Have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Be physically capable of performing the required duties.
  • Possess at least a high school degree or G.E.D. and 3 years related experience.
  • Posses a valid drivers license with no DUI/DWI convictions in the previous 5 years
